5.Certificate History Records all previous issuance dates, helping track changes or revisions over time. 6.Applicant Displays the name and address of the organization applying for certification, typically the manufacturer. OEMs or ODMs may also act as applicants. 7.Equipment or Ex Component Lists the certified equipment or components, including model numbers and specifications. Specifies the explosion-proof protection method used in the equipment.
